Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operation, guest experience and performance of our luxury restaurant at Anantara Downtown Dubai. The role demands maintaining the highest standards in line with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA and our brand expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain strong floor presence, personally engaging with guests.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes, LQA, brand, HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Coach the team on luxury service, guest engagement and service recovery.
• Conduct daily briefings, service and quality checks, and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Drive revenue through upselling, average check improvement and cost control.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity and team performance.
• Train, develop and motivate team members to build a strong service culture.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other hotel departments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, grooming, mise‑en‑place and operational standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years’ F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards.
• Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent guest service, leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with revenue and cost control experience.
