About the role

La Rope is launching a new restaurant concept in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house operations, ensuring consistency with La Rope’s quality standards. The manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive the successful launch and ongoing growth of the venue.
