About the role

Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Reception Manager to lead the front‑of‑house experience across its luxury food and beverage venues. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the five‑star standards of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Act as a sales ambassador, promoting repeat visits, capturing new business and communicating special requests to the restaurant management team.
• Maintain and grow the guest database, collaborating with PR and marketing to highlight upcoming events, promotions and special initiatives.
• Coordinate with hotel and suite teams to build strong relationships with resident guests and local regulars.
• Ensure the reception area is impeccably presented and that all service standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar reception or guest‑relations role within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Passion for the food‑and‑beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
