About the role

Join The Lana – Dorchester Collection in Dubai as a Restaurant Reservations Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking dining experiences across all hotel outlets. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving revenue through effective reservation management and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries via email and telephone, securing, creating and confirming reservations for all restaurant outlets.
• Participate in daily team briefings to stay informed about hotel activities and upcoming F&B events.
• Promote and sell F&B offerings, converting enquiries into bookings to help outlets meet their revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of communication, telephone etiquette and overall department presentation.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to relay special reservations, events and guest preferences, ensuring seamless service.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to guarantee immaculate presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant facilities.

Required profile

• Passion for serving guests and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of the hotel’s F&B outlets and ability to recommend suitable options.
• Awareness of revenue targets and proactive attitude towards achieving them.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with outlet managers and staff.
