Restaurant Reservations Agent (Part‑time)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a part‑time Restaurant Reservations Agent to join its Central Reservations team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering seamless booking experiences for guests across the group’s award‑winning restaurant portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by phone, email and online platforms (SevenRooms).
• Process, modify and confirm bookings accurately while maintaining up‑to‑date guest preferences.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth arrivals and optimal table allocation.
• Address special requests and provide clear information on venue hours, policies and services.
• Maximise booking opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Keep reservation systems current and support related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional language is a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SevenRooms reservation platform.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
