Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Fujairah Resort team as a Restaurant Server, delivering warm and sophisticated service to guests in a stunning beachfront luxury setting. You will be the face of the dining experience, guiding guests through the menu, recommending dishes and drinks, and ensuring every visit is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, take food and beverage orders, and serve with professionalism.
• Set up and maintain tables and service areas according to hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the restaurant, kitchen, bar, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform opening/closing duties as required.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Uphold food safety, HACCP, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively.
