Restaurant Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are hiring a Supervisor for a restaurant in Abu Dhabi on behalf of our client in the Food & Accommodation sector. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high guest service standards, and managing staff during shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service throughout assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties to restaurant staff and monitor completion of operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond appropriately to service‑related issues.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards across restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient food preparation and service flow.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and inventory requirements and report shortages to management.
• Support employee training and ensure team members follow established operating procedures.

Required skills

• Ability to supervise daily food‑service operations efficiently.
• Strong understanding of guest‑service standards and complaint handling.
• Working knowledge of restaurant sanitation, food handling, and hygiene procedures.
• Familiarity with POS/billing systems and basic restaurant reporting.

Preferred skills

• Inventory and stock‑control knowledge.
• POS/billing system familiarity.
