Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team in Dubai. You will ensure seamless daily operations, from opening to closing, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and train waiting staff, hosts, and bar staff.
• Manage reservations, seating plans and dining‑room flow to maximise capacity.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety in line with local regulations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory control and daily sales reporting.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings to communicate specials, targets and operational updates.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑quality restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for food and beverage service and a commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
