Travel Industry Sales Manager – Hotel Sales

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager Travel Industry Sales to join its Hotel Sales team. The role supports the Director of Travel Industry Sales in driving room night, ADR, and revenue targets for the upcoming luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in creating and executing strategic sales plans for the leisure segment.
• Negotiate rates and pre‑qualify third‑party partner agreements to secure optimal terms.
• Support the annual contracting process and manage high‑value partnership opportunities.
• Identify, close, and grow high‑value sales within the assigned portfolio.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, coordinating promotional rate codes in property‑management and promotion‑management systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners across food & beverage, nightlife, and accounting.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, road shows, presentations, and sales trips.
• Prospect new business, analyze tactical rate strategies, and ensure competitive pricing.
• Oversee marketing campaign execution and align projects with the resort’s strategic vision.
• Ensure seamless operation of all Sales Managers’ account portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel industry or hotel sales, preferably within the leisure segment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset for analyzing rate strategies and campaign performance.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and sales trips.
