Executive Host / Hostess – International Marketing

About the role

The Executive Host / Hostess – International Marketing will join Wynn Al Marjan Island’s International Marketing team to drive player development, revenue growth and premium guest experiences for the resort’s high‑value gaming clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value domestic gaming players, analysing activity and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, delivering personalized service, property tours and on‑property visits.
• Invite, manage and host premium guests during gaming events, tournaments and exclusive marketing activations.
• Maintain accurate player profiles in CRM systems, issue discretionary comps and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel Operations, F&B and Events teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, gaming, or premium guest relationship roles.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and player development targets.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet approach to VIP guest handling.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for managing player data and preferences.
