Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations while upholding Ladurée’s brand and service standards in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Ladurée standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, manage complaints, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Ensure proper sequence and quality of service from guest arrival to checkout.
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, health & safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, food wastage, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily financial reports.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, labor cost, and food cost targets.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, personal presentation, and professional conduct.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across all departments.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional working environment.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to high standards of grooming and professional conduct.
• Ability to lead, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills across front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, warehouse, and lab teams.
• Understanding of company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
