Restaurant Supervisor – Premium Bakery & Café

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at Brocki, a premium‑quality cookie and dessert brand. The role involves overseeing the store, guiding the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant/store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant/store.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and coordinate replenishment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and workforce planning.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Maintain high‑quality presentation and consistency of products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or food‑service operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control.
