Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor to join the Talea team. You will ensure food and beverage service meets the brand’s luxury standards and support the outlet’s smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, guiding colleagues and personally engaging in service sequences.
• Maintain synergy between all outlets within Restaurants, Bars & Experiences and the wider hotel.
• Train staff on outlet concepts, food and beverage offerings, and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Monitor inventory, POS accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and report serious issues to management.
• Verify attendance records and manage side‑duty schedules.

Required profile

• Hospitality Management certification or diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Passionate about guest service with a professional appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.
• Italian language is an advantage.
