Restaurants Reservations Agent

About the role

As a Restaurants Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book a dining experience at Hilton’s restaurants. You will handle reservations, answer enquiries and ensure each guest receives a warm and professional service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations via telephone, email and other channels, including bookings, cancellations and amendments.
• Record guest details, special requests, dietary requirements and VIP information accurately in the reservation system.
• Provide guests with information on menus, opening hours, promotions and assist them in selecting suitable dining times.
• Coordinate reservation details with restaurant teams to guarantee seamless service.
• Monitor table availability and optimise bookings to maximise capacity and revenue.
• Update reservation records, wait‑lists, cancellations and no‑shows promptly.
• Handle guest feedback, special occasions and resolve reservation‑related concerns professionally.
• Follow standard operating procedures, telephone etiquette and compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in guest service, reservations or a related hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work accurately with reservation systems and maintain detailed records.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to coordinate with restaurant staff.
