Retail Area Manager GCC FPS

About the role

PUMA Group is looking for a Retail Area Manager for its GCC FPS stores in Dubai. The role leads and grows a portfolio of stores within a defined geographical area, turning retail strategy into multi-store execution while driving sustainable sales growth, profitability and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the area meets or exceeds sales, KPI and profitability targets through business planning, performance management and expense control
• Analyse performance, customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
• Develop and run area business plans, monitor customer feedback, NPS and service metrics, and uphold PUMA brand values and service standards
• Drive customer loyalty and repeat visits, and ensure visual merchandising, seasonal campaigns and product presentation meet brand standards
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions and brand events across the area
• Recruit, coach and retain Store Managers; visit each store at least once a month and ensure training programmes are completed
• Manage payroll targets, operating expenses within budget, loss prevention, inventory and stock accuracy
• Lead new store openings, closures, retail initiatives and digital/process changes, and report regularly to Regional Management
• Handle people leadership, performance management, development planning and a high-performance, inclusive culture

Required profile

• Four to five years of management experience in a focused, customer-service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, with commercial acumen and an inclination toward innovation and change
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
