About the role

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Associate to join the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Retail Shop. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by delivering excellent service, promoting branded merchandise, and keeping the store tidy and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

Provide attentive, courteous service to all visitors.
Promote and sell branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and health‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

Higher secondary education or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in a guest‑facing or customer‑service role.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Basic computer literacy.
Flexibility, integrity and a genuine desire to engage guests.
