Retail Associate – Guest Experience & Merchandise Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join Miral Experiences’ retail team at our Abu Dhabi attractions. The role involves greeting guests, promoting branded merchandise and souvenirs, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience that enhances the overall visitor journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, using product knowledge to recommend items.
• Operate a computerized cash register, handling multiple currencies, vouchers, stored‑value cards and credit‑card transactions.
• Maintain tidy and well‑stocked displays, replenish shelves, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Process promotions, meet sales targets, and resolve basic guest complaints on the spot.
• Ensure the store meets brand standards for labeling, cleanliness and safety.
• Support quarterly and yearly inventory counts and perform additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication skills and basic cash‑handling knowledge.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting items and climbing ladders.

Required skills

• Operation of a computerized cash register.
• Use of barcode scanners and credit‑card payment machines.
