Retail Manager – Beauty Department (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Manager to lead our Beauty Department in Abu Dhabi, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business results by executing action plans for makeup, skincare and fragrance brands to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage client database and implement clienteling strategies to build strong relationships with VIP customers.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, recruiting talent, coaching staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to SOPs, overseeing stock replenishment, visual merchandising and compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints, including clienteling apps, OMS and WhatsApp Business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a beauty retail store with a passion for skincare, makeup and fragrances.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
