Retail Operations Manager - Motorcycles

About the role

AMS Group is hiring a Retail Operations Manager for its flagship Harley-Davidson dealership in Dubai, part of the Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you lead all dealership functions end to end, working daily with customers and managing motorcycle sales, aftersales/service, parts and motor clothes and merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Retail and commercial leadership: drive revenue, margin, cost management and profitability, and develop annual operating plans, budgets and KPI targets
• Sales and customer experience: build a premium, relationship-driven sales culture, champion customer journeys, grow local rider communities and brand events, and use CRM data for retention and lifetime value
• Aftersales: support service operations, maximise workshop productivity and maintain safety, compliance and technical standards
• Parts and merchandise: optimise inventory and merchandising, and meet brand presentation standards
• People leadership: lead, coach and develop a high-performing team and nurture future leaders
• Stakeholder and brand management: act as a senior brand ambassador, work with group leadership and regional stakeholders, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, audits and reporting

Required profile

• 5-8 years of proven leadership experience in automotive or premium retail, ideally motorcycles or luxury lifestyle brands
• Track record of managing full sales and aftersales operations
• Experience managing multi-departmental teams
• Nice to have: people-centric leadership, passion for customer experience, confident hands-on decision-making and excellent communication skills
