Retail Partnerships Lead

About the role

Responsible for the Lifestyle & Localization Partnerships vertical within Etihad Guest, driving strategic development and management of the loyalty programme’s retail and lifestyle proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement non‑air redemption and accrual partnerships to enhance the Etihad Guest programme.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with retail, travel and lifestyle brands.
• Lead and mentor a team of loyalty programme specialists, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, IT and data analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in loyalty programme management, customer engagement or strategic partnerships, preferably in airline or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with loyalty software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
