Retail Partnerships Lead (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Responsible for the Lifestyle & Localization Partnerships vertical within Etihad Guest, driving strategic development and management of the loyalty programme’s retail and lifestyle proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement non‑air redemption and accrual strategies, expanding the Etihad Guest non‑air portfolio (Reward Shop, Etihad GuestPay) to meet commercial objectives.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with retail, travel and lifestyle brands, building a global and regional network to enhance the loyalty ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a team of loyalty programme specialists, collaborating with marketing, operations, IT and data analytics to deliver seamless loyalty experiences.
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in loyalty programme management, customer engagement or strategic partnerships, preferably in airline or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
