Retail Sales Assistant – Toys “R” Us (Dalma Mall)

About the role

The Sales Assistant will deliver a positive in‑store experience for customers at Toys “R” Us in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi. You will support the store team by generating sales, providing product information and maintaining a clean, attractive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, non‑business‑like welcome and thank them sincerely on exit.
• Provide up‑to‑date product information to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Drive sales through an energetic attitude, adherence to dress code and by suggesting additional items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Handle cash‑wrap transactions efficiently, capture customer data and ensure accurate financial processing.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Energetic, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment and follow store policies.
