Retail Sales Executive – Watches, Jewelry & Leather Goods

About the role

Minimalist, a Dubai-founded brand that designs and manufactures watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods, is hiring a Retail Sales Executive. The role sits in its stores across the UAE, where the focus is on building customer relationships rather than simply selling. Every visitor to the store matters, whether they are shopping or just window-shopping.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, giving detailed product information and building rapport.
• Approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs and recommend products suited to their preferences.
• Convince customers to complete a purchase and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote sales by explaining promotions, special offers, discounts and other sales tools.
• Keep sales records independently, coordinate with the relevant departments and optimise performance.
• Maintain the brand's standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles in the UAE, preferably in luxury, watches or jewelry.
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field.
• Ideally a sales management certification from an accredited provider.

Required skills

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
