Retail Sales Manager – FMCG (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our FMCG retail business across the UAE. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding market share and managing a high‑performing retail sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with major retail chains to maximise product visibility and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic retail sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue and distribution targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a large sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key retailers such as Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop and others.
• Negotiate annual trade agreements, promotional plans, product listings and commercial terms.
• Drive product visibility through effective shelf placement, planograms and promotional displays.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Manage pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of UAE FMCG retail experience, including at least 5 years as a Retail Sales Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, market share and profitability targets.
• Extensive network and relationships with major UAE retail chains.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and manage contracts.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
