About the role
The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience within Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Mall of the Emirates. You will maintain store standards, support daily operations, and assist the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and thank them upon exit.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Handle POS transactions, issue gift cards, and capture customer data.
- Support opening, closing, and store management duties, including covering for the Store Manager when required.
- Train new staff on POS procedures and resolve any POS‑related customer issues.
- Participate in store meetings, inventories, and achieve weekly sales targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
