Retail Sales Representative – Mall of Emirates

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative drives sales and delivers a high‑quality customer experience at the Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery store in Mall of Emirates. The role combines direct customer interaction, store operational duties and visual merchandising to ensure a clean, organized and attractive sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience from entry to checkout.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, manage cash‑wrap operations and POS transactions, and maintain compliance with pricing and ticketing policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and housekeeping duties, including fitting‑room upkeep.
• Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets and capture customer data for follow‑up.
• Cover for the Store Manager when required and train new staff on POS usage.
• Participate in store meetings, inventories and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or jewellery.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
• Interest in fashion trends and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) operations.
