Retail Sales Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our UAE retail operations, bring our brand values to life and create personalized experiences for every customer. This role combines a love for fashion with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to understand and respond to customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a signature customer experience by welcoming guests, understanding their preferences and providing personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales performance through effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling techniques while meeting individual and store targets.
• Represent the brand by maintaining product knowledge, visual merchandising standards and promoting digital services.
• Support operational excellence by replenishing stock, handling shipments and using digital tools for store tasks.
• Collaborate with team members, share insights and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in women’s fashion.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
