Retail Stock Clerk

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is preparing to become the UAE’s first integrated resort, slated to open in 2027. We are seeking a Retail Stock Clerk to join our new retail team in Dubai, ensuring our stores are well‑stocked and presented to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Stock shelves, bins, and displays with products in an organized and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Label and tag items with pricing, barcodes, or other identifying information.
• Rotate stock using the FIFO method to ensure older items are sold first.
• Support the team during promotions, restocking, and store rearrangements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or stockroom operations (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
