Retention & Sales Team Lead

About the role

The Retention & Sales Team Lead will guide a dedicated retention team to achieve seller retention and auction revenue targets for Bayut & dubizzle. You will develop operational plans, monitor churn trends, and coach team members to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans to meet monthly retention targets.
• Monitor seller churn trends, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide coaching, training and one‑to‑one meetings on retention techniques and objection handling.
• Organise workflow, lead allocation, schedules and handle employee complaints.
• Communicate performance metrics to upper management and ensure KPI compliance.

Required profile

• University graduate with 2‑3 years experience in a call‑centre or sales environment.
• 1‑2 years of team‑management experience, preferably leading retention or collections teams.
• Strong understanding of call‑centre operations, workflows and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, six days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reporting tools to track retention performance and revenue.
