Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Analyst supports the Corporate Revenue Management team in maximising revenue and profitability across the Rixos Hotels portfolio, based in Dubai. The role provides accurate reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and market share.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, reviewing booking trends and demand patterns.
• Analyse demand and competitor pricing to recommend room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and distribution channel performance to improve hotel positioning.
• Consolidate hotel submissions, ensure data quality and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and understanding of Gulf markets.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
