Revenue Analyst – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our five‑star property in Dubai. You will support the Revenue Manager by analysing occupancy, rates and market data to maximise room revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse daily occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue and pickup.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, no‑shows and booking pace.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue and forecasting reports.
• Assist in developing pricing and inventory strategies.
• Forecast future demand using historical and current data.
• Track competitors’ rates, promotions and market positioning.
• Recommend room rates based on demand, seasonality, events and market conditions.
• Manage room inventory across categories and rate plans.
• Identify revenue‑boosting opportunities through upselling, packages and restrictions.
• Monitor OTA performance and direct bookings.
• Evaluate performance of market segments (corporate, leisure, group, wholesale, government).
• Support decisions on minimum length of stay, closed‑to‑arrival and other controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Maintain accurate data in PMS, RMS, CRS and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, finance or operations, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills may be considered for junior roles.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, charts and dashboards).
• Basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, RMS and CRS systems.
