Revenue Management Manager – Zabeel House The Greens

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Management Manager to lead pricing and inventory strategies for Zabeel House The Greens in Dubai. The role will drive revenue optimisation across all distribution channels while ensuring alignment with Jumeirah’s pricing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Approve and authorise room pricing, discounts, upgrades and restrictions across the property.
• Monitor market demand, pace and competitor pricing to recommend price adjustments.
• Develop, monitor and refine sales and pricing strategies, ensuring consistency across all distribution platforms.
• Maintain the Wholesale Pricing Tool to manage gaps between static and dynamic pricing.
• Review and approve external pricing communications for clarity and compliance.
• Manage transient room inventory using IDeaS, Opera, SynXis and wholesale free‑sale charts to maximise revenue and availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands‑on revenue management experience in the hotel industry.
