Revenue Management Systems Officer – Cargo Digital

About the role

As a Revenue Management Systems Officer you will support Etihad Cargo’s digital platforms, focusing on the Cargo Booking Website, API integrations and internally developed applications. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, DT&I, vendors and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure successful delivery of enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and coordinate bug fixes, enhancements and releases for Cargo systems in collaboration with DT&I and commercial stakeholders.
• Support the Etihad Cargo Booking Website by gathering business requirements, managing feature development and coordinating testing.
• Drive integration projects between Cargo systems, customer platforms and third‑party applications.
• Design, coordinate and deliver small internal applications, automation tools and operational support solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, regression testing and validate delivered functionalities.
• Track defects, analyse issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and technical teams.
• Monitor product usage, operational KPIs and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
