Revenue Manager - Pre-Opening

About the role

Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, an adventure camp in the Hatta mountains, is looking for a Revenue Manager. You will drive the property's commercial performance through revenue management, demand optimisation and pricing strategies, working with the Senior Director of Sales and the wider commercial team. The role is part of the pre-opening and commercial ramp-up, supporting the development of the revenue strategy, forecasting and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the revenue strategy, including pricing, inventory and yield strategies, and monitor demand, booking pace and market trends to optimise rates and inventory
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue, support the annual budget and prepare regular revenue performance analysis
• Manage room availability and rates across distribution channels, monitor channel performance and cost of acquisition, and ensure rate parity
• Review group, corporate, retreat and buyout opportunities with Sales, recommend pricing and displacement analysis, and support package development
• Support pre-opening: market segmentation, competitive set, rate structure, revenue management processes, rate loading and testing, and launch strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations and Brand, and communicate revenue insights to senior leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in revenue management, ideally in hotels, resorts or lifestyle hospitality
• Pre-opening or hotel opening experience highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of revenue management, forecasting, pricing, inventory and distribution
• Experience managing P&L, budget, forecast, ADR, RevPAR and occupancy
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the UAE hospitality landscape

Required skills

• Revenue management and hotel systems; familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS and channel management systems is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
