Revenue/GTM Operations Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated outputs across core revenue and GTM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain CRM field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic documents, and territory carve models.
• Conduct pipeline hygiene audits and build funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Create and refine deduplication rulesets and other data‑quality frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations.
• Proven track record of owning field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
