About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Rheumatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of autoimmune, inflammatory and musculoskeletal disorders, providing comprehensive care to both acute and chronic patients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout and ankylosing spondylitis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, oversee medication management and monitor long‑term disease progression.
• Interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies and other diagnostic investigations.
• Collaborate with orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications and treatment adherence.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Rheumatology.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision‑making and communication skills.
