About the role
As a Ride Operator at Miral Experiences, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they enjoy a safe and memorable experience across our world‑class attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide an overview of the attraction and guide them through the facility.
- Assist visitors with navigation, answer questions and provide directions as needed.
- Enforce exhibition rules, monitor guest behavior and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Keep the attraction clean and orderly, tidying up areas throughout the shift.
- Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions and communicate relevant information to guests.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems and act decisively.
- One year of experience in an operational role within hospitality, leisure or a theme‑park environment is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
