Rider Quality Support (t-Patroller)

About the role

As a Rider Quality Support (t-Patroller) you will be the frontline guardian of rider standards for talabat in the UAE. You will conduct on‑ground audits, manage crowd flow during busy periods and help resolve conflicts between riders, vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rider audits on hygiene, appearance, uniform and behaviour compliance.
• Control crowds at peak hours, promotional events and high‑traffic locations to ensure smooth operations.
• De‑escalate disputes between riders, vendors and customers, providing professional and timely resolutions.
• Support vendor relations by addressing operational challenges and acting as a liaison.
• Provide real‑time updates on on‑ground issues to internal teams for swift action.
• Deliver safety training refreshers and updates to riders in line with company guidelines.
• Participate in special projects aimed at operational improvement, rider experience or safety campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in delivery, operations or rider checks is a plus.
• Valid UAE motorbike licence.
• Clear communication skills, polite and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems on‑site.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are a bonus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather conditions.
