Roadshow Executive – Event Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Roadshow Executive to join Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the planning and execution of property roadshows across local and international markets, ensuring seamless logistics and effective sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate venue selection, project promotion and event logistics with internal teams and developers.
• Obtain approvals for hotels and event spaces.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist senior management in managing the roadshow budget.
• Liaise with Sales Team Leaders to identify participating agents and organise orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional materials and strategies.
• Work with CRM & Leads team to secure roadshow‑specific leads.
• Create roadshow overviews, meeting schedules and post‑event reports.
• Participate in roadshow events and client meetings to support lead engagement and deal closing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, sales or marketing, preferably within real estate.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for roadshows.
