Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas clean, safe and comfortable. The successful candidate will follow our cleaning standards and provide courteous service to guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways and public areas.
• Make beds, replace linens and replenish towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to guest or resident requests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry up to 20 kg during the shift.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
