Room Service Waiter/Waitress – F&B Service Expert

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, delivering room‑service meals with a focus on quality, safety and hospitality. You will be on your feet throughout the shift, moving across the hotel’s corridors and elevators to serve guests promptly. The role involves interacting with guests, coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining a clean service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, deliver meals, and clear service areas for room‑service guests.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen, ensure accurate and timely delivery, and handle guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, follow health and safety standards, and manage supplies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Verify menu information and assist guests with menu selections.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
