Royal Service Centre Agent Telephone Operator

About the role

As a Royal Service Centre Agent (Telephone Operator) you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the resort’s service centre. You will deliver prompt, professional telephone service and help create memorable experiences for guests staying at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Serve as the central communication hub, coordinating with hotel departments to resolve requests efficiently.
• Personalise each interaction to exceed guest expectations and promote hotel facilities and special offers.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly telephone manner in line with hotel standards.
• Record and relay messages, requests and follow‑ups accurately to ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Relations at a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
• Multilingual ability (Arabic, German, Russian, French) is a plus.
• Mandatory experience using the Opera property management system.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
