About the role
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is hosting the Ru'ya Career Fair 2026 to recruit UAE Nationals for a range of permanent, full‑time positions across operational, engineering, technical and corporate functions. The fair showcases the National Training Program for high‑school graduates, the Graduate Trainee Program for university graduates, and experienced professional roles.
Required profile
- UAE National (family book holder for graduate program)
- Age 19‑32 years for the National Training Program
- High‑school certificate (science/technical preferred) or relevant work experience for the NT program
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field for the GT program
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 for university graduates
- Good English communication skills
- Completed National Service, if applicable
- Relevant academic qualifications or professional background for experienced positions
