Safety Agent – Hotel

About the role

The Safety Agent ensures a safe and secure environment for guests, team members and visitors at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. You will monitor the premises, respond to incidents and support the hotel’s safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior hotel areas to identify safety hazards and security risks.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections throughout the property.
• Assist with preliminary incident investigations and document findings.
• Prepare and maintain security reports, incident records and patrol logs.
• Respond promptly to fires, medical emergencies, accidents and security threats.
• Inspect and help maintain firefighting equipment and safety systems.
• Support management in handling disturbances and security incidents.
• Provide professional assistance to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Uphold Occupational Health & Safety regulations and hotel emergency protocols.
