About the role

We are a fast‑growing delivery and logistics company seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to expand our client base and increase revenue across the region. The role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals for our delivery services.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and field sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.
  • Present and promote AsiaFast Delivery services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
  • Experience in logistics, courier or delivery services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
