Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with real‑estate agency clients, helping them maximise the value of advertising solutions on Bayut and dubizzle. The role drives client retention, product adoption and revenue by improving listing visibility, lead performance and overall ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building long‑term relationships.
• Drive contract renewals, upselling and cross‑selling of advertising products to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyse listing and lead performance, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Educate clients on platform products, ensuring optimal use of advertising solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, presenting insights, action plans and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to enhance client experience and platform performance.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3‑4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in advertising or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, goal‑oriented mindset and ability to meet quotas.
