Sales Advisor – Car Rental Experience

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive car rental sales and build lasting client relationships in our fast‑paced Dubai branch. The role combines business development, customer service, and market analysis to support our growing rental fleet.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target corporate and individual customers to promote rental services.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Present rental packages, promotions, and services effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and coordinate vehicle delivery and return.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Target‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
- Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience with Speed System software and sales tools.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
- Full‑time position with a 6‑day work week (9 AM – 7 PM).
