Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build strong client relationships in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, social media and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, conduct client meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial documents, negotiate with prospects and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status and revenue against targets, and prepare regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Servicing (freshers with strong communication may be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within cross‑functional teams.
