Sales and Reservation Executive

About the role

FLYTAMIZHA HOLIDAYS FZC is hiring a Sales cum Reservation Executive in Ajman. The role combines outdoor sales and business development with travel reservation operations, with a main focus on generating new business and turning customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Attend outdoor business meetings and visit companies to generate new business
• Meet potential customers and promote travel services
• Follow up with existing and new customers regularly
• Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Handle flight ticket bookings and reservations
• Arrange holiday packages, tours and customised travel itineraries
• Handle visa applications and other travel-related services
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage customer enquiries and follow them up until the booking is confirmed

Required profile

• Willingness to attend outdoor meetings and visit companies regularly
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Additional languages: Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Immediate joiners preferred; six-month probation period
