B2B Sales Executive - Storage & Racking Solutions

About the role

AME Storage Solutions LLC is looking for a proactive, target-oriented Sales Executive in Ajman, UAE, to drive business growth for its storage, warehouse and racking solutions. The role covers identifying new B2B opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships and converting prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals and market research.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Visit clients, understand their needs and present storage, warehouse and racking solutions.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on quotations and proposals, and negotiate until project closure.
• Coordinate with technical, project, sales and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report back to management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and opportunities, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred; B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in storage solutions, warehouse solutions, racking, industrial products, construction or related fields is an advantage.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for client visits.
• English and Hindi required.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and client relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, client visits, negotiation, market research, sales conversion, CRM and pipeline management.
